The Annual Conference of the International Lexical-Functional Grammar Association will take place at the University of Hong Kong from July 16 - 19, 2011 (Sat - Tues) in P1, Chong Yuet Ming Chemistry Building. This is a prestigious annual gathering of top linguists around the world. These linguists work in various areas, including natural language processing, which is at the confluence of cutting edge research in language and information technology. Linguistic expertise and information technology are important ingredients in the bid to attain sustainable development in any society.
