Registration

Registration is now open. To register, please click here and fill in the online form.

Registration fees are as follows. Please register on or before July 10, 2011 to enjoy the early bird rates.

(Fixed rate: USD1 ~ HKD 7.8)

Lunches are not included in the registration fees. A list of on- and off-campus lunch venues will be provided such that interested partcipants can explore the campus.

Payment Methods

It will take 2-3 working days for HKU to generate an official receipt. Since we will only be able to start collecting fees on site on Friday, July 15, 2011, and university offices are closed on weekends, there is a great chance that we will not be able to give you a receipt on or before the last day of the conference (Tuesday, July 19, 2011). If you prefer to have the receipt in person before the end of the conference, we suggest that you pay by method (1). If not, we suggest that you pay by method (2) and we will mail the receipt to you at the address on your registration form.

(1) Paying by bank drafts

Participants should pay by bank draft (in Hong Kong Dollars) drawn on a bank in Hong Kong and made payable to ‘The University of Hong Kong’.

If you decide to send us a bank draft, you are strongly advised to do so before July 1, 2011. Otherwise, if it reaches us close to the conference dates, we may not be able to give you a receipt on site.

(2) Paying cash on site

Only cash in HKD will be accepted. The fees for the conference dinner can also be paid on site in cash. Please note that the receipt can only be mailed to you after the conference.
