Please submit a sole source statement by e-mail to the Editor at <abbodomo at hku dot hk> to confirm that the work that you are submitting to JDS has not been previously published and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. A sample is included below for your reference:

"The manuscript submitted to the Journal of Dagaare Studies in my name has not been published elsewhere and is not under editorial consideration elsewhere.'

For hard copy submissions, please print the manuscript on ONE side of A4 paper. All material should be fully double-spaced throughout, including text, examples, and references. Use quadruple space between sections. Leave 1.5 inch margin on all four sides of the page. Try to limit each manuscript to 30 double-spaced pages or less. Number all pages of the entire manuscript serially on the top right corner of each page.
